Digital Products — Important to Know

All Reset Diary™ products — including the ADHD Control & Focus Reset System™ and its 4 component toolkits (ADHD Executive Functioning Toolkit, Nervous System Regulation Workbook, ADHD Focus Reset Workbook, and ADHD Planner 2026) — are instant digital downloads. Once your payment is confirmed and the download link is delivered, the product has been fulfilled. Because of this, we are generally unable to offer refunds after delivery.

We strongly recommend reviewing the product descriptions carefully before purchasing so you know exactly what's included in the system.

When We Will Refund You

You were charged more than once for the same order
The download link was never delivered to your email
The file is completely corrupted and we cannot resend a working copy
A technical error prevented you from accessing the product at all

Our Satisfaction Promise

If you have any technical issue — cannot open the file, wrong format, or anything unexpected — email us and we will personally fix it the same day. We want you to love what you bought.

Change of mind after download has been delivered
Purchases where the free mini-guide was available but not reviewed
Claims that the system did not work without attempting to use it
